An Alternative Gift Market is an easy way to give your community a chance to experience our mission of giving. It’s another opportunity to engage congregational members in partnership with Episcopal Relief & Development to help healing a hurting world.
When an individual makes a purchase at the Alternative Gift Market, a donation is given to support Episcopal Relief & Development’s work with communities impacted by injustice, poverty, disaster and climate change. We focus on four interconnected priorities: early childhood development, women and girls, climate resilience and disaster response.
Churches or groups can also participate by purchasing one of our “high-impact” or larger-scale gifts listed in the Gifts for Life catalog, such as a food security package, disaster relief package or a complete care package.
