This endline evaluation examined a shortened 18-month MTM Mozambique program across four communities. It assessed primary caregivers’ and fathers’ engagement in supporting children aged 0–3 years to reach developmental milestones and the effectiveness of ECD promoters and community change agents. The shortened program was as effective as the original 24-month model.
