Episcopal Relief & Development is supporting the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama as it responds to the deadly tornadoes that knocked out power lines, downed trees and damaged homes on March 25, 2021. The diocese is leveraging its long-standing relationships to provide emergency assistance to vulnerable communities that were impacted.

Episcopal Relief & Development is in close contact with Episcopal dioceses in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Louisiana as they assess needs created by winter storms that are producing widespread power outages across the south.

Episcopal Relief & Development is supporting the Episcopal Church in Colorado as it responds to multiple wildfires that destroyed homes and infrastructure and led to evacuations across the state in the second half of 2020.

Episcopal Relief & Development, in coordination with the Anglican Missions Board-New Zealand and other partners, is supporting the Anglican Diocese of Polynesia to provide emergency relief to 500 families in Fiji who were impacted by Tropical Cyclone Yasa in December 2020.

Episcopal Relief & Development has received a $188,436 three-year grant from the UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women (UN Trust Fund), in partnership and with funding through the European Union and United Nations Spotlight Initiative.
